We are committed to delivering a safe and enjoyable grooming experience for both you and your pets. Our salon upholds the highest standards in a clean and stress-free environment. Below are our policies designed to ensure your pet’s safety and happiness while in our care.
To maintain optimal scheduling, we require a 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments are confirmed upon booking, with a reminder sent 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of $50, up to the full cost of the appointment per dog. We appreciate your cooperation.
For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be on a leash while entering and exiting the facility. Please keep your pet by your side at all times.
Grooming may take 1-4 hours depending on your pet’s coat, behavior, and size. We will notify you when your pet is ready for pick-up. Please refrain from calling or visiting before notification, as this may distract your pet and delay the process.
Kindly pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being contacted.
We may photograph or video your pet for use on social media platforms.
Pets with matted coats may have hidden skin conditions such as dermatitis or hotspots. We are not liable for skin irritation or behavioral changes due to these conditions. We recommend following a grooming schedule to prevent matting, and additional fees will apply for handling matted coats.
All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and provide a Rabies certificate or titer test. Puppies must have completed at least their second set of vaccinations before receiving services.
If fleas or ticks are detected during grooming, the owner will be informed to discuss treatment options. A fee will be charged for administering flea/tick shampoo.
Please disclose any aggressive behaviors or specific triggers your pet may have. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel uncomfortable grooming a pet.
Please inform us of any existing conditions your pet may have, as grooming could exacerbate these issues.
Clients must notify us of any allergies their pet may have. We are not responsible for allergic reactions if we are not informed prior to grooming.
